What changes when faculty visit factories

We sent faculty, not students, on the first round of industry visits.\n\nThe cases changed within a semester. So did the assessment: fewer descriptive questions, more decisions under incomplete information, because that is what the visits kept showing.\n\nThe cost was two working days per faculty member. It remains the cheapest curriculum intervention we have made.
