Rebuilding a programme in public

Programme change usually happens behind a committee door and surfaces as a brochure. That is why so little of it transfers.\n\nSo I write it down as it happens: the curriculum decisions, the faculty constraints, the industry conversations that went nowhere, and the ones that changed a semester.\n\n## What this is useful for\n\nIf you run a programme, you can copy what worked and skip what did not. That is the whole intent. There is no proprietary method here, only a record.
